We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Delivery takes 1-3 business days for all items apart from nursery furniture. Nursery furniture takes 5-8 business days. Please ensure that there is someone at home to sign for goods. You can send goods to your home address, work address or direct to friends and family as a gift.

Returns Policy

You may cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. We will reimburse return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error, for example, if we sent an incorrect or defective item. Goods damaged in transit must be notified to us in writing within 3 working days of delivery.

If you need to return an item, login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please return goods with their original packaging. Goods are refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
